Current Positions Available
Timber Pest Technician
As a Timber Pest Technician, you will specialise in termite inspections, reporting and treatment solutions across residential and commercial properties throughout Darwin and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct AS3660-compliant termite inspections
- Identify termite activity, conducive conditions and structural risks
- Prepare detailed digital inspection reports
- Recommend and explain treatment options to clients
- Carry out termite treatments including chemical barriers and monitoring systems
- Install and maintain termite management systems
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation
Requirements
- Current Pest Management Licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in termite inspections preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- NT Driver’s Licence
General Pest Technician
This role involves delivering high-quality pest control services across Darwin’s residential, strata and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine and reactive pest treatments
- Conduct property assessments and risk identification
- Recommend preventative pest solutions
- Maintain accurate service records and reporting
- Provide clear aftercare advice to clients
Requirements
- Pest Management Licence (or willingness to obtain)

- Comfortable working outdoors in NT conditions

Inspector / Handyman – Possum Specialist
This role operates under our specialist division, Darwin Possum Man, focusing on possum inspections and exclusion work.
Inspections & Quoting
- Inspect roof voids and structures for possum evidence
- Identify entry points and structural vulnerabilities
- Formulate detailed exclusion quotes
- Order and collect required materials
Exclusion Work
- Install flashing and metal barriers
- Install gutter guard systems
- Seal entry points
- Install nesting boxes where required
- Set and monitor traps in line with NT regulations
Safety & Compliance
- Work safely at heights
- Operate ladders and Elevated Work Platforms
- Follow wildlife and safety regulations
- Maintain documentation and job records
Requirements
- Comfortable working at heights
- Physically capable of manual installation work
- Working at Heights and EWP (training provided)
- NT Driver’s Licence
Operations Scheduler
The Operations Scheduler coordinates technicians, manages bookings and ensures smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule technicians efficiently
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails
- Confirm appointments and manage reschedules
- Coordinate urgent and reactive work
- Maintain CRM accuracy
- Support workflow optimisation
Requirements

BDM / Client Manager
This role drives growth across commercial, strata, government and real estate sectors throughout Darwin.
