Launching Instinct Pest Management in Darwin in 2017, Andrew Critchley had a clear vision — to provide reliable, effective pest control backed by exceptional customer service and a team locals could genuinely trust.
The Darwin community responded quickly, and over the years Instinct Pest Management has grown into one of the Top End’s trusted names in residential and commercial pest control services. Today, our experienced team helps protect homes, businesses, strata properties and commercial facilities across Darwin and surrounding areas.
As the business expanded, so did the team behind the service. Nat now leads our administration team, helping customers book services, answer questions and keep everything running smoothly from the office. Whether you’re organising a termite inspection, annual pest control service or urgent pest issue, Nat is usually the first friendly voice you’ll speak to.
Out in the field, our experienced pest control technicians — Cam, Ewen, Isaac and Izzy — deliver professional pest management services across Darwin every day.
Cameron brings more than 10 years of industry experience and is highly regarded for his knowledge in termite management, commercial pest control and problem-solving.
Ewen is known for his enthusiasm, attention to detail and ability to tackle everything from rodents and possums through to bed bugs and termite work.
Isaac and Izzy round out the team, helping deliver fast, reliable pest control solutions throughout the Top End.
